We employ a team-oriented approach, consisting of a minimum of three individuals responsible for the well-being of our patients: the operating surgeon, the anesthesiologist, and a surgical assistant. This methodology ensures an environment wherein the operating doctor can focus on the surgical tasks while a separate and independent anesthesiologist can concentrate on the responsibilities of continually monitoring, evaluating, and managing the patient’s vital signs, ventilation/oxygenation, cardiovascular/hemodynamic status, and level of sedation/general anesthesia.
